Sewers and Sidewalks

Sewers are slated for out neighborhood with construction beginning in 2010. As part of the Annexation ILA Agreement, Broward County is responsible for the installation and payment of sewers and if it is decided, sidewalks. The County will select a designer and our neighborhood can enter into the planning phase with them. At this time, we do not know how much it will cost property owners to connect to the sewers. We encourage our residents to start thinking about the issue of sidewalks and to come to our neighborhood meetings for any updates on this issue.
