There needs to be an HOA meeting to discuss the accounting of funds and the communication problems within the commmunity and the HOA. Has everyone recieved updated copies of the CCR documents from the HOA? If not, that is in violation of the zoning and planning commitee. I have requested the origanal documents from the Douglas County Commissoners office and will look at having the community run by the homeowners and not a property management firm. Who is with me?
