THE BREAK INS ARE TEENS AND ITS DONE WHEN NO ONES HOME! I know because my house was one of them there are things in place now that help to keep this from happen like other people on you block watch out for you house and people just walking the block we are "in your junk" i guess you can say. If thats all thats stopping you from move in pack your bags and move here its a small very quiet place and the break ins don't even make the small town paper lol.
