Synopsis of Covenants

Covenants for Maintenance

All homeowners should be aware that there are certain covenants, conditions and restrictions regarding your property in TVO. All homeowners should have received a copy of these documents at settlement. I encourage everyone to locate your original documents and read through them. If you cannot locate your copy, a copy can be obtained by sending an email to: thejamesgang007@comcast.net Please include your name, home address and email address. Please request either a soft copy via email, or a hard copy delivered to your home.

For your review, a brief synopsis of the documents is included below. This is a very brief review, and in no way covers all of the covenants and restrictions.
