TIME: 8:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
SIGNS WILL BE POSTED AT THE ENTRANCES
OF THE COMMUNITY

Suburban Waste Services has provided us with a Recycling Schedule for Trappers Pond. The board will be making a final decision on a contract at our next meeting in July. Please provide CMS with any feed back on the service.

Also, they will be making an effort to service our community
earlier on trash day.
Trash Days are every Wednesday and all trash must be placed outside by
7:00 a.m. on Trash Day.
COMMUNITY BULK TRASH PICKUP (Spring Cleaning)
Date: July 16, 2005
Time: All day
Suburban Waste Services will pickup all items, such as tree limbs,
refrigerators, mattresses, etc.
We need your help!
If you are interested in becoming a board member, please contact
CMS or a current Board Member and plan on attending the next meeting.
The board will be obtaining bids to powerwash and stain the fence
along Simms and Progress and behind the homes on Belleview Drive,
located behind Children’s World.
The board has decided not to stain the fence directly on Belleview
as the County has plans to replace it with
an 8 foot fence as part of the Belleview widening project.
We ask that all homeowners that back to the HOA
fence please trim all your trees, vines and shrubs off of
the fence in preparation for staining. Fences should be kept clear of growth at all times, to prevent damage and costly repairs.
We would like to introduce the new landscaping company:
Sands Enterprises, Inc., owned by Kevin and Beverly Scott,
homeowners in our neighborhood.
Lawn Doctor is spraying the weeds in Tract A, B, C, D, and E.
