The board is working on everything. Please give us the time to organize first.
We have thought about an entrance for the west end of the development, but as with all things, it takes money.
Many have still not paid their dues. I am in almost daily contact with the management company to find out who has yet to pay.
We have also only received back 1/4 of the information sheets we distributed. This is how we will get information out.
The irrigation system in the circle is being fixed. I did not in any way say it would be actually irrigating anything yet. However, we need it fixed so we are not saddled with that bill after it is turned over. We want it in working order.
As soon as we have a date for a meeting in September, we will let you all know.
In the meantime, please appeal to your neighbors to pay their dues and get the information sheets turned in.
It would also be very helpful to know who we are dealing with on this site. We do have a new site in the works for just Orchard Hill.
