Towne South Estates Addition
2011 Annual Homeowners’ Meeting May 3rd, 2011


The meeting was brought to order by Fran Steinert at 6:48pm. All
trustees were present. 17 homes were represented.
The minutes from the 2010 meeting were presented and a motion was made
by Sandy Wallis to accept them. Motion passed.
Michelle Giorgi presented the treasurer’s report. Tim Rickard moved
for its acceptance. Motion passed.
Old Business
Sandy Wallis moved to re-elect Mike Heins as a trustee. Motion passed.
Fran stated that there was an account at MNI bank that needed to be
closed due to fees.


John Heilman moved for adjournment. Motion passed. The meeting
adjourned at 7:20pm.
