As a long time Towne Lake Garden (TLG) resident (we moved into our home when it was new), it is disappointing that our association board and Wildwood Management are now so uncommunitive and resident unfriendly. I say that because of an incident this month wherein without any communication TLG board sent a San Antonio compliant officer to our home to threaten us about a pile of tree limbs and debris on TLG property across from our home. The pile of tree limbs and debris was almost entirely from other neighbors and items from Towne Lake common area.
Instead of contacting us and determining who was resonsible for those items (it was easy to determine because of the bulk of the material was from one tree type of which we had none), Towne Lake officers and Wildewood directed a napoleon complex officer to our home and he lied about his authority regarding this issue.
Any good neighborhood association will find out what has happened and communicate with the homeowners and then take action. TLG management and Wildewood did neither and the results was unprofessionally threats to my wife and that is hard to forget. Dennis G. Roberts
