Under the "Ducks v Antifreeze" topic, Towne Lake Webby says,
"When the last HOA meeting minutes are posted, please review the report on the ducks in the neighborhood..."

My question is this.  Are TLGA HOA Meeting Minutes posted somewhere online?

Or I guess the more appropriate question is, where are they posted?

Short and simple most people want to find a way to kill a lot of ducks. Some have talked about shooting them with various weapons from pellet guns to real guns, some talked about not swerving anymore to go around them, some talked about poisoning them, or taking the eggs and shaking them up to kill the baby ducks, etc.

I agree there are too many ducks and a few dead ducks is not a bad thing.

Pretty much everyone at the meeting agreed to different methods of doing this.

The antifreeze was done right after the meeting so it may not have been an accident.

If this is the case and is in fact what is the meeting notes; I will forward to the WRR and the police; intentionally harming animals is a crime.  If I see anybody intentionally harming ANY animals, I promise I will take every effort to make sure they are prosecuted. 

I can't believe how cruel people can be; I imagine their lives are full of anger and have nothing better to do then to contemplate killing innocent animals.  Ignorance at it's best and no better than the boys y'all like to complain about at 3610.
