I heard our management company only drives thru the property once a month.

Can we get more involvement from them for maybe 6 months? What would it take for them to come out once a week for 3 months, then every other week for the next 3 months.

If they spent more time here, maybe we could actually clean this place up some!!

Also, can we PLEASE get the 20mph sign replaced at the stop sign at Lake Path? It is beaten up pretty good and has graphite on it and looks bad.

Can someone on the board please get the managment out here more!!

Peoples fences look like crap, peoples homes look like crap, there are cars, boats, and RV's parked in drive ways for long periods of times, there is a kid driving around on a dirt bike every day and everyone knows where he lives and nothing is done.

This place is truly falling apart and something needs to be done ASAP!! 

Thanks for your message.  I was beginning to think that only a few of us old (female) timers were disgusted with the way homes and yards are allowed to deteriorate.  One of my neighbors has had grass growing in the street for a year and a half.  I've e-mailed the  management company several times, but apparently this owner has a pass while others receive notices for inconsequental infractions.  Oh, yes, the hog pen fence on the lake side is a new low, but likely will remain.

I doubt if having this management company come more often will resolve what needs to be resolved.  The Board could look for a new management company. 

More needs to be done.  That is an understatement.  People who don't live here are still fishing during the day & in the evenings.  Most residents haven't put the duck stickers on there cars.  We even as residents etting guests go to the lake to fish.  There is going to need to be a police prescence around are community in order to get anything done & for residents to actually take things seriously.  We can grip & complain all we want but until everyone gets together the management company wont do anything.
