Someone HELP. I have been looking at a totaled Car out of my kitchen Window for almost 2 month now. I have already complained, but no success in getting it removed.

Not sure what the purposes is of keeping a car that you can't fix anymore. What should I do?

 

 

You can call 311, give the address where the junk car is, and wait.  You do not need to give your name.  Response is faster than from RealManage.

Yes a call to 311 should get the results you need.  It is against the city code for a Junked

vehicle to be parked in public view.  Subject to a $200.00 dollar a day fine.  These people

are renters.  Maybe you can track down the owner, also. 

 

The owner(s) can be found at the www.bcad.org website.  It is the owner(s) who will be notified.  It is up to the owner to contact the tenants.  The owner is the one who will have to pay the fine.  Code Compliance will ask only for the address; they will do the rest.
