As a resident, I am appalled and ashamed that my neighbors let their trash fly all around. In particular 15340 mastin. Walking around the neighborhood this morning, no one elses's trash was all over. Not only is it discrepectful, but it is against the law. You can not leave your trash such that it will be blown away and if it is, you must collect it. Even if it blows off your property, you should collect it. I noticed that most of the trash was being blown into Colton Lakes. These are also our neighbors.
If your trash blows in the wind, either (1) secure it in a trash can or (2) go get it.
