We got one hellova fence. It keeps everyone out and the recreational facility in. Too bad we haven't been able to fully access the facility since last May. Are there any plans to allow access to the locked playground? What is the fence protecting? What portion of our HOA dues go to the project that is not happening? When will we get our keys? I know the board is made up of unpaid volunteers, but the lack of ompetent project management can only be rivaled by the government.
