Bernie,

Hopefully this will encourage our whole neighborhood to have an association that answers everyone questions. I think we are way behind other neighborhoods in our area with a real lack of leadership.  Let me know if I can help in any way.

I have a concern about telling people not to sign yet.

Looks like the Land Man is NOW offering a $400 signing bonus for most lots in Ellerbe Road Estates.

Since our area is so close to closing:

If we tell people not to sign yet and the area closes before they sign, they might be upset that they lost $400.

It's a gamble, a friend of mine from Dogwood subdivision in Bossies today said their group signed recently, he got a $9,000. bonus.

It seems there is no way to determine what percent of the section #17 is already under contract.

I'm with Clint.  Supposedly, within the next week or two the homeowner assoc. is supposed to canvas the whole neighborhood to get a feel for how many folks haven't signed and then join SESHA with their groups to form a larger one.  I know there are many conflicting reports and different agenda's so I'm just watching and listening to know whats best for us as a whole.  I will support in whatever way I can.
