Timberline Homeowners' Association

I am all for people decorating for Christmas, but it is the end of February and past time for the house at the front of the neighborhood to remove the white Christmas lights they have wrapped around their trees.  This is an eyesore, especially since it is the first house people see upon entering the neighborhood.  Would the Brunswick HOA PLEASE do something about this?  Thank you!
