HOA Meeting Information

The Board meets every 1st Monday of the month at the Village of Raintree (VOR) building at 7:00pm. If you want to contact the Board, please contact Russ Fox at shilohfox@aol.com or 704.846.3109

The current committees are Architectural (ARC), Liaison, Social and Communications.

The ARC will review the covenants and help us maintain the covenants and restrictions.
The Liaison Committee will work with other homeowner associations and Raintree Country Club (RCC) to keep information flowing between all.
The Social Committee will involve us in activities and events throughout the year.
The Communications Committee will be the tool used to notify all homeowners about the “goings-on” between the Board, VORCC, RCC, committee happenings, homeowner news, welcome notices and website information. (A website is being set up for our use.
