Thunderbird East Neighbors

i have just one question for everyone???
we all want to clean up this neighborhood,but yet none of us are doing anything...why is that?
and what else is to become of this neighborhood? first you got rid of the bad people and now we get worse people. I think i would prefer the bad people over the worse people..dont you agree??
so...i would like for you to tell me why we still havent done anything???¿

What makes you say that no one is working at cleaning up the neighborhood??? It is my understanding that the president of the neighborhood watch association was recently commendated by the city for her tireless efforts in keeping this neighborhood safe from the unwanted element?! I think some of the reason there is such an apathetic attitude in this neighborhood regarding doing anything is that when someone actually tries to strengthen the community ties , they are bad-mouthed and basically not welcomed into the clique that our watch association has become. Just recently, a new vice president was ''elected'' yet no one in the neighborhood even knew there was an election. I am not even sure if this person lives here, which I thought was a pre-requisite to being a committee member? Why bang your head against a brick wall if you just keep getting a headache? So until there is a change in the command structure--so to speak-- the same cliqueish attitude and sense of martyrdom will prevail.
