I also heard that the contact person for the management company lives in Orchard Hill.I sent everyone that lives in here the same exact letter about this web site, which to me means that person recieved the letter too. Why did they not go on here and start a discussion that we would all be getting this bill today?Or post info for us about what is going on, going to happen, who they are, etc? They had to have known that at least everyone would check out the site at least once, and once they saw I was a Realtor had to have known I would have sent it to everyone!

the contact person does live here.from what i here she is a relative of so and so in the lacrosse universe...what a stinky setup !
i say we impeach her,and get a person with no ulterior motives to manage the bottom line...but agin...i would wait...and NOT pay the 150 fee...

Lets see maybe because they don't want anyone to know. They would have to actually work for the money we give them and deal with the issues at hand. Thats how the business works. Its a same. I have a family of 4 and now have to deal with a $150.00 bill and don't know what its for.
