I agree with everyone that a meeting needs to be called, I will not send payment for this fee. It states it is due 1/1/08 but i just received it today. We need to keep the money in our hands. The community should develop a HOA with a treasurer and everyone should be able to see how much money is on hand and what it is going to be used for. A company in the carolina's is not going to have our interests at hand.
