Transitional Homes - A Community

The Cornerstone Foundation, Inc. was founded to support and promote the success of anyone willing to participate in a successful community reintegration program. Our charitable, educational or scientific objectives are to assist any such person with our intensive ''Community Reintegration Program''. We can provide transitional homes, a recovery community, and links to appropriate community resources that support and promote the recovery of these individuals. - Board of Directors

Our Mission

Our Mission is to place transitional homes in local communities such as the Louisville METRO. We will also provide early intervention programs for preventing teenage drug and alcohol addiction.

Our Vision

The Cornerstone Foundation envisions a powerful group of men and women who are proof positive they can indeed improve the quality of life in our METRO communities. Our strategic plans are to have transitional homes within all our Kentucky counties. Our early intervention program for teenage drug and alcohol addiction will be in all our Kentucky counties.

''We succeed when we improve the likelihood of success of our fellows.'' - TCF
