I think our neighborhood is starting to go down the toilet and somebody needs to put a stop to it. I see lawns with high grass (not cut), trash on lawns, broken city lights (need to call city for repair and I already did and its not even my street or near my street). We need to stop this now because if we dont it will only get worse and our neighborhood will go down the toilet. I do have a compliment on the person who took care of our graffiti on our front fence, thank you. It was done in a very timely manner and was not an eye sore for too long.

You couldn't have said it better! This indeed is a beautiful subdivision, but many homeowners  are just plain lazy and don't keep up with there property. There are very nice houses out there , but very lazy homeowners. I have driven buy several homes and have seen missing window screens, broken blinds, fences that are falling apart, a/c units that are sticking out of  windows,  even a home that's garage has GO SPURS GO written on it from two years ago... I mean come on, are property values will significantly decrease if we don't start getting a little tougher on these homeowners. The way I see it, why make a huge investment on buying property if you can't keep up with it.. There are "APARTMENTS" out there...

I to am fed up with these lazy homeowners... I to have seen the a/c units in windows along maverick pass and the go spurs go written along marytodd from 2 years ago.. Its just plain LAZY . The way I see it if your a/c broke fix it, if you cant buy some fans. A bucket of soap and water is all you need to take that go spurs go off your garage door... or repaint it......:( JUST PLAIN LAZY RESIDENTS!!!!!

yes our neighborhood could use some TLC. when you find some yards that need cutting please send me the addresses so I may contact the residents and ask if I could have their permission to cut and weed eat. why spend time and money on CODE COMPLIANCE so that in a few weeks nothing gets done, I also have two lawn mowers that I can give away (they both run and are in good condition) I could these to help maintain these yards. let us help our neighbors and in return they just might want to get involved in LINCOLN PARK. thank you.
