They have a special piano crane on the garbage trucks.

Pianos being thrown away?

Many children or adults would love a free piano- why not donate it instead of putting it outside to be ruined?

I don't think the person who dumped it reads this board.
Besides, they weren't throwing out a perfectly good piano,
its probably 60 years old and already ruined.
so blah. the point is, who do they think is going to come and haul this garbage away?

I would think they think the City is going to haul it away, after all they are paying 19.50 month sanitation fee.
