We've been around for over 50 years, since the time that 40th Street was a country to now, surrounded on all 4 sides by a major metropolitan are.

Meetings

Our neighborhood is considered one of the most active in the state, serving as a model to other neighborhoods as to what can be accomplished when people are organized and focused. We are desperately seeking people to rally with us as we continue to work for neighborhood improvements, including 40th Street. It is in the numbers of residents joining together that we are able to open the ears of our elected officials.
