Will anything be done to the common area beside 2517 Harwood Hills Lane? There is a lot of weeds in this area. I believe the responsibility to maintain common areas fall in the hands of the HOA. So I've been advised to inform the Home Owners Association here at Harwood Landing (for the second time) to maintain this area. Last year, nothing was done about this issue. Last year, a copper head was spotted in this specific area. Dues are paid so common areas can be maintained by the association. So I would appreciate it if something was done about this. Thanks

As I was leaving the neighborhood this weekend, I noticed that the bushes that adorn our neighborhood sign have grown so large that you can't see the name of our community.  This is something that should be constantly taken care of by our landscaping group.  If they can get this taken care of as soon as possible it would be great!  I hate to give someone directions to my house and they miss the neighborhood because you can't see the sign due to the bushes.  How often do they come out to take care of our areas?
