RESERVIOR FOR NORTHERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY

CCOBH MEETING 10/17/2002 - JOHN HUGHES MAIN SPEAKER

To All Blk. Captains: Last night the CCOBH had it regular monthly meeting. The main topic was WATER and Reservoirs. John Hughes, the new Secretary of DNREC, was the main guest speaker, As we talked about in our in Annual Civic Assn. meeting, once it started raining they start to slide the business of reservoirs to the back burner. They gave a presentation and then said we may, his exact words, need a reservoir in the Northern NCC.

If you haven't got started on the Reservoirs petition, please do so. If you have, please get them to me ASAP. We can't wait for the next years drought to start.
