        Property values which have plummeted; lack of quality retail; substandard and violent schools; people moving in who have very little sense of community; neighbors who are unfriendly and unwilling to extend basic courtesies to fellow neighbors; flagrant homeowner violations of city ordinances; and people who walk on top of trash in their own yards without stooping to pick it up!!!   Definitely, the city and communities of Southfield have changed.
