I am disturbed about the cars that speed down the side streets, especially New Jersey. I would like to know if it's possible to install speed bumps as deterrents. Also there is a lot of dumping of trash on Rutland; bottles, food, t]etc. I understand that there can't be a 24/7 watch, but is ther anything that can be done?
