Tamarack Triangle Civic Assn.

I know it is too late for this season, but is there any way the Tamarack civic association can petition the county to include this neighborhood in the vacuum leaf collection program? I believe the charge for two collections is less than $100. I know I would be willing to pay that much not to have to bag my leaves.
