2006 ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES

Taft Canyon Homeowners Association

November 29, 2006

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.

Quorum
There was not a quorum present

Proof of notice
Mike Adams presented the proof of notice

Minutes
The minutes for the 2005 annual meeting could not be approved.

Presidents Report
Julie gave a quick overview of the road resurfacing, the picnic, and the reserve study.

Budget
Mike Adams presented the 2007 budget. Mike answered questions from the floor. Mike asked for a motion to ratify the 2007 budget. There was a motion the motion was seconded and so carried.

New Business
Mike explained that the City was in the process of installing a walking path around Taft Canyon and that they had volunteered to have their surveyors do the elevation measurements in the retention ponds for the HOA, at no cost. Mike stated that this should be done within the month.

Election of Officers
Phyllis Kane volunteered to serve on the Board. The Board made a motion to have Phyllis serve a three-year term. The motion was seconded and so carried.

Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 PM.
