What is flat incorrect since all this stuff is based on the truth.... and the simple review of the minutes, Budget, meetings, videos, Association members complaints, Declaration changes, Audits, harassing letters, cease and desist letters,Current court cases in district and county, General Ledger, Insurance, Past Information, research with city on permits,etc........ provided so called truth.
 
Condition of the property today is our motivation as well is justice.
 
Do you like TMMC or have some connection to them. We show that TMMC was formed by Michelle Peck in 1995 on the secretary of state website. How is it that they say they took over in 2002 when they where clearly here in 1999 under the direction of Tom Mchenry?
 
Who has the whole truth? What should we believe if we cant believe the board and the management company? We had a reserve study done in 2005 .. More than 3 million dollars to fix it. Like always... they sit around for 4 years and let the place fall apart while all our monies are used up every year with No reserves and then they put out there hand and ask for more when it is plain to see they waste it on a big business.
 
Don't you get it... They (TMMC) don't give a flying crap about us... Its all about the business. TMMC (DENISE HAAS) controls the board and our monies we have no say in the matter!
 
If we go into condemnation tomorrow who would care.... Not TMMC..... they made there money!
\ACCU was responsible for our plight now at Highline Meadows and that your company authorized the use of all the reserves when you managed the complex. Your excuse that this is just the same board as ever is proof positive that we are still heading in the wrong direction.   Like I said before, it will go down into history based on this newsletter that your company ACCU caused this mess here at highline meadows by using "all our reserve monies". Remember.. I did not write this bulltein it was written by TMMC and the Board of Directors to somehow defend the 1998 massive assessments which was supposed to be 4 phases. It is very apparent that TMMC dropped the ball and never continued phase 2 through 4. If they did we would not be talking right now.  
 It's  easy for a company like TMMC and the Board of Director here at Highline Meadows to keep blaming our problems on those who were in charge ten years ago, it takes a real company and guts to admit they have been wrong for the last ten years as we have sunk into a ghetto in fear of Condemnation with no reserves to fix it.   We figured around 5-7 million dollars have been taken in during the last ten years and for what???? We still live in a community that cant sell it's home which is falling apart as the roofs still have not been replaced.   Which statements are not correct because all are based on the provided information from TMMC and the Board which is presumed to be true and accurate.  
At Highline Meadows we are at the mercy of the HOA
 
Read (see link)  about what a HOA is responsible for... Common areas Upkeep.. Painting every 3 years, roofs etc.
 
HOA is Board of Directors and TMMC (5 people and a companynamed TMMC). HOA is not a vote or say in this community because they want it that way!
 
HOA Decides and uses the money!
 
HOA takes the blame and is responsible!
 
HOA needs to be sued by the people who have no say in the HOA

Dear Folks,
 
How can they just add a categorize called "Special Assessment" in August. This is proof of deceit and corruption with our monies. TMMC and the Board  have not tracked the 1/4 million dollar assessment since they used it all in one month last year in December.
 
How does it all of a sudden show up? DECEPTION
 
Also at what point are TMMC and the Board  going to tell us we are 235K in debt? They did not include it with the paper work at the annual meeting.
 
Why did they abandon the annual meeting? Special Assesment?
 
 Why wont they update the Condo certs to give this community the right to see the Insurance, all the minutes including the annual meetings and current lawsuits?
 
Why are the Condo Certs three years old and not updated?
 
Why are TMMC and the Board hiding the information from the owners?
 
At what point will TMMC and the Board tell us what is really going on?

I had a homeowner contact us, he asked:
 
I am curious about your plans for the Highline Meadows Community if the current management is removed.
 
1. Do you plan to stop having special assessments?  If no, how are you different from TMMC?  If yes, how do you plan to pay for necessary repairs?
 
Ans. The monies will come from the insurance due to mismanagement and wasteful spending. The monies will come from the insurance for errors and omissions on the part of the board of directors. There may still need to be a special assessments. The monies will come from cutting the wasteful spending in the budget.
 
 
2. Do you have a plan to acquire delinquent HOA dues?  Are you aware that a large part of the problem with Highline Meadows is due to the fact that so many homeowners are delinquent and there simply aren't enough funds because of it?
 
ans.
We should not keep writing off these debts like the current board does since they have plenty of extra monies from the special assessments and blown up budget. We need to know how much money is owed to us since the current budget does not reflect any delinquent and the information is not being presented to the community.
 
 
 
3.  Do you have a plan in place to ensure your new board won't steal the HOA's money like the previous board prior to TMMC did, putting us back into the unfortunate situation Highline Meadows was in before TMMC stepped in?
 
ans.
The problem is that  TMMC writes and controls the budget and has gotten us into this situation while all the time blaming it on the prior ten years. They are the ones that are not planning our monies and making sure we don't have nay monies in the reserves for the roofs for example. TMMC is the problem. Are you blaming this on ACCU? TMMC and The Board must GO!
 
4.  How do you plan to get the necessary loan to pay for roof replacements?  With so many homeowners delinquent on their dues, how do you plan to repay the loan?  Will you have a special assessment?
 
ans.
If the bank sees that we are putting monies away for a capitol expense by cutting our cost the bank will give us a loan to cover the expense of roof repairs. Our problem is that we always use every nickel and have no monies in the bank. We also need a class action lawsuit to go after TMMC for mismanagement and the board for monies pertaining to our situation here since it is there  responsibility. The board and TMMC are ones to blame for our plight. We must ACT!
 
5.  Do you plan to replace TMMC with a professional management company, or do you plan to replace them with amateurs?
 
ans.
We should plan on having a better management company that can help in cost savings instead of wasteful spending. we need to go into emergency mode before its top late. The current management company and TMMC don't want to change the way they write the budget and use our monies. They are running a huge money making business for them at Highline Meadows and have forgotten about us homeowners.
 
6.  If I have a roof leak (as happens often during winter), I can call TMMC and they send repair specialists to repair my roof.  If you plan to replace specialists with "Jack of all trades", who will repair my roof?  Do you really expect to hire personnel with more experience than the current maintenance crew for less money?
 
ans.
We would like a plan in place for replacement of the roofs as soon as possible since substandard repairs have been performed for over ten years now at the direction of TMMC. We would have our professional management company find the most reasonable and permanent repairs for any roof leaks so they would not reoccur so much costing us hundreds of thousand of dollars over the last ten years. We must Replace the roofs ASAP!
 
 
 
7.  Have you thought any of this through?  Do you have any clue what you're doing?  Do you have a real, tangible plan? 
 
YES. The goal is change and not more of the same lip service. We want disclosure to the community on our situation here instead of the same bull!
