Budgets

• Based on comments from homeowners and Board recommendations, as of the July 2021 budget, the comments have been updated to provide additional information on the category or specifics about the "to date" money spent.
• January - August 2021:  Month-end budget to actuals have been posted.
• 2014-2020:  Year-end financials, which include budget vs actual and month-end balances, have been posted to this website.

2021 Dues Notification

• The dues notices were dated July 26th, 2021 with a due date of August 31st, 2021.  
• A $10 late fee has been assessed for any homeowners not paid in full prior to 8/321. 
• On 9/1/21 2nd notices, which included the lien process, were mailed to everyone owing $300 or more. 
• If dues remain unpaid at the time of 2022 billing, interest will also be charged. As of 9/18/21, 125 (72%) of homeowners are current through and including their 2021 dues.
