At the first neighborhood meeting, Clay Walkup identified the water problem at this intersection of Clark and Cleveland. Local residents know that it does not take much rainfall to flood this intersection, due to runoff from leaves and grass blown into the streets by yard maintenance; resulting in clogging the rainfalls path to the storm sewer.
Heavy traffic from Kennedy Blvd in the afternoon on weekdays results in speeding through our residential area from one stop sign to another; especially, Clark and Cleveland down to Azeele.
