Good evening, I finally heard from Heartstone we can have the club house any day and time. Please let me know when you want it so we can meet prior to the meeting. Don't forget last meeting was $25.00 for the club house. I think that Wednesday 13th @6ish will give everybody to clear their schedule. Please let me know and I reserve the club house.

Pre Meeting

The homeowners that attend the meeting. As we all can see there is alot of subjects that have been posted on this discussion page and I feel that the actuall homeowners need to meet and get an agenda for the actual meeting on 27th. I think we will accomplish alot if we pre - meet, the last thing we want to do is to go in as indivudals we want to go in as one with the same goal

Pete, great idea but if everyone doesn't go on this site or have a computer how will they be informed. Will it be this Wed the 13th, is that confirmed. My computer has been given be problems and will be going to get looked at so I may not get mails for a while. Lets hope we all come together on this idea. Not many have posted or are maybe reading these but not commenting. Thanks again
