What is the limit to size of sheds? I see all different sizes in this neighborhood.

I think that the size is 10x12, though I am not positive on that. I do know that sheds are supposed to match your house in the colors. Some of the larger sheds were in before Lacrosse had any type of association,so those sheds are grandfathered in and allowed.That is an advantage of being one of the first homeowners in a new community that had at the time no documents on file about those types of things.At least I think that is the case, though I may be wrong. I think Laura in the model probably has the rules that apply now.

The correct size is 8x10 not 10x12.

Shed size can only be 8x10 and you need a permit from Milford and Sussex county we had one put in Nov and could not put anything more then that and according to guidelines for Orchard Hill they should match the house which just helps keeps our neighborhood nice. Of course some people may have put up what they wanted without a permit or going through LaCrosse so they may have bigger.
