MINUTES

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by Dave

Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
Janice made a motion to approve the minutes, passed unanimously.

Financial Review
Kevin reviewed the financials. Some questions were raised with regards to some of the amounts. Kevin will research them and get back to the board via e-mail.

Manager Report
Kevin gave a manager’s report.
Bulletin Board:
Janice made a recommendation to install a community information board under the men’s room window facing the parking lot. Pat made a motion to purchase a black bulletin board and install it, not to exceed $1,500.00. Passed unanimously.

Painting of View Fences
Tom proposed the idea of amending the CC&R’s giving the responsibility of maintaining the view fences to the homeowner and reimbursing them a portion of the cost. Dave asked Kevin to due a little preliminary research in what this would entail and also to confirm the IPS painting bid was still valid.

DRC Guidelines
The BOD went over the proposed DRC changes to the Guidelines one by one. Pat made a motion to approve the revised Guidelines with revisions that were made by the board. Approved; four in favor, one abstained.

Ad Hoc Landscape Committee
Pam gave an update of the committees’ work so far. There are some clarifications that need to be made once a contractor is chosen. Additional proposals are coming to Kevin next week and he will forward them to the BOD and the committee.

SRP Easement
SRP is asking for an easement to do some underground work along Cascalote. Janice has extensive experience with easement and volunteered to look it over and get in contact with Kevin.
