Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:02pm by Pat

Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
Ed made a motion to approve the previous meeting minutes, passed unanimously.

Financial Review
Kevin reviewed monthly financials.

Kevin’s Managers Report
1. I have received view fence measurements on four more neighborhoods.
2. Las Colinas # 2 view fences are complete.
3. I have moved V.C. to work on Superstition neighborhood view fences.
4. Superstition Foothills neighborhood is being scheduled by IPS then mailings will be prepared.
5. V.C. is working on the high visibility areas in the neighborhoods on south side of D.D.
6. Pre-emergence is being applied over the next couple weeks.
7. I am resuming trashcan violations.
8. Replacing 1 -18 station irrigation timer.
9. Several parking lot lights are going off and on every few minutes, being replaced.
10. Washed out trail off Cordia is scheduled to be repaired in next couple weeks.
11. Neighborhood monument signs should be finished this week.

Violation Report
The board reviewed the Violation Report. Kevin told the board that the recent and on going loose dog issue at the pool would be handled just like any other violation.

Sentinel Report
The board reviewed the Sentinel Report.

After Hours Pool Report
The board reviewed the After Hours Pool Report.

Purchase of Property
The board discussed the possibility of purchasing the house next to the Rec. Center. Kevin informed the board that the documents are silent on acquiring property, but he believes it would require the same percentage of approval from the membership as transferring property out of the Association, which is 75%. This would have to be referred to the Associations attorney to confirm.


Next meeting:
The board is trying something new. The next meeting will be February 12th at 9am and March 11th at 7pm.

The meeting adjourned at 9:48pm
