If you are planning to paint the exterior of your home, you must verify the colors you are using with the DRC (Design Review Committee) even if you are planning to use colors on the palette provided by your builder. It has been discovered that some owners have been using palette colors not submitted to the Developer Controlled Board for approval. Only palettes submitted by the builders to the Developer Controlled Board and approved may be used. For your protection, we are now requiring that all owners obtain approval from the DRC.
