Sunset Road Area

I really need everyone's help.. My hoa adopted a order for my neighborhood that stated " any cars on the street between 11pm-6am would be towed" effect may 1, 2013. My issue is that with teenagers and a large family there is no way to always park in my driveway. The hoa did not give out any additional passes to prevent the towing of the homeowners personal vehicles. My issue is.. This is not fair. I should be able to park in front of my home at anytime.my son graduates from high school next month and I know that my immediate family will be here overnight. Please help me with finding a solution or attempting to go the right direction to resolving this. Any positive feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank u
