Your ACC continues to receive occasional letters of complaint about covenant violations, and requests for changes or additions to structures or landscaping. Actually we are getting fewer complaint letters and more request letters.

A REMINDER CONCERNING REMODELLING OR LANDSCAPE CHANGES: Anytime you plan to change the exterior of your home (such as paint, roofing, fencing, etc) or significantly change your landscaping, you must, according to your covenants, get approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). This is a rather simple process and you will get a response from the ACC within two weeks (often much quicker.)
