Am I the only one bothered by all the dog barking going on all hours of the night and day. There is one house in Sunset Downs that have at least 4 small dogs living in the house. The dogs are regulary put outside in the fence area of the yard. When you walk by the dogs go bonkers. This is very annoying. What can be done about pet owners who seem to have no regard for their fellow neighbors?

Seems to me that the first step would be to contact the particular neighbor that has the barking dogs and share with him / her your concerns. I always like to assume that people are understanding and reasonable until I am proven overwise by that person. So... try talking to them first and see if that helps the situation.
