I thought it was against the rest cov. to park in the alley ways. Why does there continue to be a problem with autos parked in the alleys? Some have been there for months.

While parking problems continue to exsist, It is a violation of restrictive covenents. Parking is prohibited in the private service alleys. Automobiles must be parkesd on the city street or in the driveway. Parking is also prohibited on lawns. Violations will continue to be ticketed with fines and autos will be towed.
