Architectural Issues
Proposals
Homeowners are required per the Bylaws and Restrictive Covenants to submit a proposal to the Architectural Committe before ANY change is made to the outside of the home. This includes but is not limited to Painting, permanant flowerbeds or brick structures, fences,outside buildings, etc. A form has been sent to all homeowners and should be mailed or faxed to the Association with details.
