Questions and Answers

Assessments:

Q: Will we get a refund at the end of the year for assessments not used?
A: No the assessments are kept in the bank on reserves, for future repairs and expenses.

Meetings:

Q: I would like to attend meetings but have not been notified.(This resident has been in the community for a few months).
A: We are required to have an annual meeting, which is the first Monday of March. A notice is required 10 days in advance. I hope to have regular quarterly meetings open to all homeowners.
