Meeting was held at 6:00 PM May 10, 2006 at 12808 Domingo Court.

Attendees:

SunMarke Board Reports:
Email from PCMS was reviewed their comments on our notes are reprinted here:

Advisory Meeting notes on PCMS website
?“The Board requested that we investigate placing a recap of the Committees notes on our website commencing in May.?”

Cricket Field
?“The Board agreed with the Committees recommendation regarding the Cricket field and will forward a response to the applicant. ?“

Vacant Lot Storage
?“The Board felt that Richmond is actually doing a fairly reasonable job keeping their construction site cleaned, based upon the knowledge that it is a construction site. The Board will continue to monitor such.?”

Mailbox Lighting
?“Can you provide our office with the brochure and any additional information the Committee has regarding the proposed mailbox light. We have been asked to investigate and provide the Board with a recommendation for the installation of such.?”

Summer Event
?“The Board would like to look at setting up the first event to tie in with the dedication of the new play area. Dates and times are still to be determined, but will be forthcoming. ?“

Rec. Center
?“No update yet. The Board will be looking at holding an informational meeting with all members sometime in June, where they hope to have information about the new rec. center that can be shared with the community. ?“

Public Input:
Neighborhood Watch program ?– There is no new information on this program.

Member of the Committee had received comments about a trailer being parked in an empty lot east of the recreation center.

It was mentioned again that some yards are not being completed in the allotted 12 month period.

Old Business:
Mailbox Lighting: Glenn provided the information on the mailbox lighting unit to Dan. Dan will attend the Board meeting and take the lighting information for Board review.

Summer community event: Alan has some information on having a company who could provide a package for a movie in the park. They would set up a 20?’ by 27?’screen and show the movie and pack it all up for $750. This screen size is good for 60 ?– 150 people. They also can provide hot dog, popcorn, and cotton candy for an extra fee. If the Board wants to pursue and can give us a date, Alan volunteered to call and reserve the date.

Web Posting: It was suggested that if PCMS could not do a community webpage easily, that we might look at setting up our own webpage for the community so that we can have a place to create some community spirit. Alan will do some research into the idea.

New Business:
It was suggested that perhaps we could tie the Advisory Committee meeting with the Board?’s Community Meeting in June. If not the meeting, at least it might be worthwhile to advise the community about the advisory committee at the meeting and invite residents to join the committee.

Next Meeting:
The next meeting is scheduled for June 14th, at 6 PM at the Qualmans?’ 17947 Domingo Drive. Anyone not able to attend may email comments to Dan Qualman at chief7dan@comcast.net.
