Summer Hill Civic Assn.

Does anyone know how to go about getting deed restrictions changed or amended?  Our development has changed very much since built.  Many of the restrictions are being broken.  I would prefer to see about having things amended rather than break the rules.  If anyone has any suggestions or knows who I could contact I sure would appreciate the info. Thanks
