Bottles and Cans in Recycling

Please do not put beer or pop bottles into your trash containers or recycling bins. We hear increasing complaints about the number of people with shopping carts roving the neighborhood to find these items in order to cash them in at Fred Meyer for money. There are better ways to help the homeless, such as donating those bottles and cans to the Homeless Fund at Fred Meyer or Natures. Please don't enable homeless activity.
