I noted in the corporation articles and by-laws that the Evergreen Estates property owners are listed as members.

Since the corporation was formed in 1989, by what method did the property owners elect to be a part of the corporation?

Just a minor question. Sorry I cannot attend but I wish you success in the probloems that do face us as a group.

Property owners who have paid dues are Regular Members, non-dues paying property owners are considered Assoc. members.
