Sugar Hill HOA

My name is Johan Holmquist and want to offer my services as VP for Evergreen Park Estates HOA Board. I have lived in EPE for one and a half years and have worked with the board and others during that time on the Hagan Lot (Lee Rd.) Appeal to Jeffco and worked on the mailing for this election meeting. I have a business/marketing background and have worked with other organizations before as VP and feel I can make a positive contribution to our community - helping to control development that goes against our Covenants and Jeffco's regulations and helps preserve our current community and water supply.
