In case anyone missed it, there was an article in the C-J re: the lawsuit against the city of Strathmoor Village by one of the residents Sunday, January 27th edition.

This appears to be headed to federal court starting on March 24th and explains why the taxes were raised this year.

Anyone heard anything on this suit?   Maybe this is one of the "benefits" of being a taxpayer in SV, getting to get sued?  Frown
