Thank you so much for the support that I have been getting from a lot of our homeowners. It means a lot to me and I am sure to the other board members. We are ready to start making a big difference for our neighborhood. We will be having our first meeting soon and we will keep everyone up to date.

I understand you not wanting to answer questions on this board. Since I have contacted you twice on your E-Mail about current contracts and the amounts being paid out by our hoa. You kind of danced around the answer in the first E-Mail and totally ignored the second. I hope that this was just an oversight. If this was intentional, I and every other homeowner in this neighborhood that is current on dues is entitle to a full disclosure of the status of any and all contracts. This would include the monies distributed for the same.

There will be no dues paid by me for next year untill I receive the information I have requested.

I appreciate you prompt response in this third request.
